Scott's Varsity Basketball Year

Scott played for the Moses Lake High School Varsity Basketball team his senior year.
He was one of the co-captains of the team. He usually played point guard or a 2 postion.
Although the team did not win very many league games, it was fun to watch them play.
Most of the games were close. Injuries plauged the team. We needed taller and bigger
players to go up against the other teams but I was proud of Scott because he never
got down. He kept going into each game with his whole heart and loving each moment
he could play. It was a fun ride, Scott. Yes, it would of been fun to have won a few more
games and gotten into the playoffs, but we were very proud of you and the games that
you played and the leader that you were. Thanks for being our son! "Scottie is a hottie!"

Scott's Baskeball Banquet

These are the Seniors with Coach Hansen.

Caoch Hansen and his assistant Coach Hunt
Scott got awarded the Coach's award which was voted on by all of the coaches. I couldn't be there because they were having the drill team's banquet the same night. Sure glad that Corbin got some pictures of Scott getting his award. I'll miss not seeing him play high school basketball!

Senior Basketball Night in Moses Lake

Scott's senior night. His last game in the chief gym.
Do we look like the proud parents, because we are.
We love basketball, thanks to my Dad and going to
all of those games growing up and it's even funner
when you child plays it! I hated to see it end!

See the kid in the background with Scott's number 3 on this chest!

Some of the other players and parents

Larissa Hansen, coaches wife who is very supportive of
her husband and the boys.

Picture Larissa Hansen's elementary class drew for each one of the boys before their final home game. They posted these on the boys chairs. Here is a picture of Scott's.

Coach Hansen. New coach this year from Arizona,
originally from Declo, ID. He is 6'7". Nice coach.
Rough first year. Hopefully next year will be better for
him and the team. We just need some bigger players!

before the start of their last game. Grandma and Grandpa Wade,

Kellie, Conner, Taylor, Corbin and myself there to cheer them on!

He played point most of the time
and has become quite a ball handler!

Probably hitting a three!
